HEAT TREATMENT

We offer on-site heat treatments in order to achieve desired mechanical specifications to satisfy our customer’s needs

MACHINING

We have an on-site Machining Workshop, with a wide variety of CNC machines and standard equipment

  • Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machining Centers
  • Vertical and Horizontal Turning Centers
  • Conventional Machining Equipment

GRINDING, POLISHING & BUFFING

We have manual skilled operators and several Robot cells for high-end cosmetic requirement products such as those manufactured for the Faucet Industry

CHROME PLATING

We have a fully automated coating line where chrome-nickel finished products are manufactured. 

We also have a Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure compliance with environmental standards, as well as a Quality Control and Testing Laboratory to guarantee quality in our processes and products
