Fimex S.A. de C.V. is a 100% Mexican company specializing in precision steel and brass parts (copper alloys) for the world's most demanding industries. From our 8+ acre integrated plant in Guadalajara, we handle all processes: CAD/CAM engineering and casting simulation, heat treatment (normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering), CNC machining, and quality inspection.
Founded in 1965, Fimex has grown into a specialized steel and copper foundry with fully integrated machining capabilities, serving clients across five continents. Strategically located in Guadalajara, just 800 km from the U.S. border (Laredo/Nogales), with ground freight reaching Texas in 1 to 2 days, maritime shipping from the Port of Manzanillo (3 hours away), and direct commercial flights to Dallas, Houston, and Los Angeles in under 3 hours. Same Central time zone as the U.S. Midwest. This proximity means faster deliveries and lower logistics costs for North American customers.
Today, Fimex has more than 400 employees. Our team combines decades of foundry craftsmanship with modern engineering: metallurgists, process engineers, CNC programmers, and quality inspectors. Every part we produce reflects this blend of heritage and precision.
