Fimex S.A. de C.V. wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or with reduced motion enabled. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not as an afterthought.
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We believe this site is substantially conformant, which means it meets most of Level AA. It has not been audited by an independent third party, so we do not claim full conformance.
Some pages on this site carry a slow-moving decorative background — drifting particles, lines that light up along a mesh, or drawings that trace themselves. This is decoration. No information is conveyed by movement alone, and nothing on this site flashes.
We follow the WCAG threshold for seizure safety: no content flashes more than three times in any one-second period. If you are sensitive to motion, or you experience vestibular symptoms such as dizziness or nausea from movement on screen, the site can be viewed completely still — see below.
This site honours your device's “reduce motion” setting automatically. Turn it on and every background here holds still — you keep the drawings, they simply stop moving. You do not need to change anything on our site.
On phones and tablets the backgrounds already hold still by default, whatever your setting.
We would rather tell you where we fall short than imply we are perfect. As of the last review:
If any part of this site stops you from finding what you need, we want to hear about it — and we will give you the information another way in the meantime. Please include the page address and what happened.
We aim to reply within five business days. Requests for a specific document in an alternative format are handled the same way.
If you are not satisfied with how we responded, you may escalate the matter through the same contacts listed in our Privacy Notice. This statement applies to fimex.com.mx and does not create rights or obligations beyond those established by applicable law.
